Your data and connected tools

Know what you are connecting, where your records live and what each integration is designed to do.

Check your bank and account type

Bank availability varies by institution, account type and connection provider. Search in the connection flow or ask support to check your US bank before subscribing. Your bank credentials are handled through the connection provider.

Avery app and Google Sheets storage

The app stores financial records to provide its features. In relay-only Sheets workspaces, the bank transaction ledger stays in Google Sheets; Avery still stores account and balance information. Switching to app transaction storage requires the applicable consent. Sheets is a supported product and is not required to use the app.

AI connections you control

Avery’s MCP connections let supported AI tools read financial context. Access is read-only, and you can revoke the connection. Review the permissions and the connected AI provider’s data terms before connecting. Review AI answers before making financial decisions.

QuickBooks and Xero sync

Business includes accounting sync. Its scope covers importing a chart of accounts for mapping, sending categorised bank transactions to the accounting bank feed, and importing bills and vendors. Confirm the mapping and review each sync result. This is not a promise of complete two-way synchronisation across every accounting record.

Working with your accountant

Pro and Business include accountant collaboration and reports. Choose the access you grant and agree the record types and exports your accountant needs. An accountant’s services, professional review and tax filing are not included in your subscription.

Questions about your records
